 Any cancellations or changes on a guaranteed number of guests must be made at least 24 hours prior to drop-off time.  Any request for a refund made within less than a 24 hour notice period, will be deemed non-refundable.

Also, please note that the host is responsible for any breakage, loss, or damage to any items provided by our team. The payment amount will be made according to replacement or repair cost.
